Drug Testing Kits on their staff has really surprised me. I, and many others feel that this is a real infringement on civil liberties, even though I know that at least ninety nine per cent of them would never even consider using drugs, they still feel that using
Drug Testing Kits on them would be an invasion of their freedom. Some of the staff have reported this to the union representative and a meeting is being held tomorrow with the management and the union to see if they can be persuaded to shelve their plans. I really think that the management should change their mind about this plan because, not only is it not necessary in our company, but I feel that the management will seriously alienate the workforce if they put this into practice. I think the wise move for all concerned would be to forget about this idea.
