I am really grateful to get trained in this area and feel as though it will be of great benefit to me in all areas of life, not just in a work situation. I think it will also be a really good thing if I can do something to make a difference and ensure that somebody is looked after at a time when they are ill. What is particularly touching about this course is that, when my colleagues found out that it was me who was undertaking the training, they all appeared really pleased about it. Many of them said that they thought that I was the ideal person to undertake the first aid for the staff and that they would be more than happy for me to administer any help that was necessary for them.
